Buses

Although it's not the best way to get around the island, if you don't plan on renting a car, you may find the bus services in Ibiza useful during your trip.

Daytime Buses

Buses in Ibiza are not very punctual and involve long waits at sunny bus stops, but it's an inexpensive way to see different parts of the island.

Lines

There are 34 bus lines on the island and most of them depart from the main towns: Ibiza Town, San Antonio and Santa Eulalia. Check out the lines and stops on the Ibiza Bus website.

Fares

Bus fares vary depending on the company and the journey distance. Here the prices for some of the most common journies:

  • Ibiza Town - San Antonio: 2.10 (US$ 2.20).
  • Ibiza Town - Santa Eulalia: 1.85 (US$ 2).
  • Ibiza Town - Las Salinas: 2 (US$ 2.10)
  • Ibiza Town - Airport: 3.20 (US$ 3.40).

Discobus

The infamous Discobus goes from most main resorts to clubs at night to make it easier for party-goers get around in a safe, fun and economical means of transport.

The Discobus runs from around midnight to 6:30 am, from 1st June to 30th September. It costs  3 (US$ 3.20) per journey and a card with 5 journeys costs 12 (US$ 12.70). Check out the routes on the Discobus website.
